Are you looking for an entire vacation home with a pool? Here’s a recommendation in Tindaya:

Our apartments in El Cotillo are located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and the sea and, with 40 square meters (+ outdoor areas), are suitable for individual stays, couples and of course for families with up to three children (e.g. 2 children, 1 baby). Baby cot, baby equipment and baby chair are optionally available (transport and cleaning fee 20€). We give great importance to cleanliness and regular maintenance. The rental price includes bed linen and towels for the number of people booked, as well as all additional costs. Price depending on the season and length of occupancy from €78 plus €60 final cleaning for 1 – 2 adults. No costs for children and teenagers.
Sustainability Goals
By 2025, our goal is to ensure that our guests leave the smallest possible carbon footprint. We have already implemented a variety of measures, and new ones are added every month:
- We refund up to €20 for carbon footprint compensation (flight) through Atmosfair* (https://www.atmosfair.de).
- We will install balcony solar power systems on the roofs of all apartments to generate 80% of the energy ourselves.
- Through awareness and the installation of „low-consumption“ devices, we implement water-saving measures.
- We maintain and repair electrical appliances for as long as possible to extend their lifespan.
- When purchasing, we use sustainable furniture and regularly restore it to ensure its longevity.
- Our paints, oils, and colors are made from climate-friendly bio materials.
- We use organic and eco-friendly cleaning agents, detergents, and toilet paper.
- We source our laundry from „local“ production.
- We avoid the use of disposable products.
- We recommend our guests to purchase regional foods directly from producers when available, preferably as organic products. We provide contact information for this purpose.
- Even with drinking water products, we recommend purchasing regional products in glass bottles with a returnable deposit system (weekly delivery possible).
- We advocate for improvements in sustainability with local authorities, such as waste disposal and smoke-free beaches.
- We regularly conduct garbage collection activities and encourage others to participate.
- We raise awareness among our guests about the purchase of low-quality disposable products (e.g., beach furniture and toys) and offer a collection system for their reuse by others.
- We consider and recommend sustainable options in gastronomy and tourism-related activities.
- We recommend car rental companies with eco-friendly vehicle fleets and encourage reducing the need for rental cars when not strictly necessary.
- We promote longer stays and offer short stays of less than 12 days only to the local market.
- All apartments are equipped with multilingual waste separation systems.
- We actively and financially support the „Clean Ocean Project“ (https://cleanoceanproject.org) and „Limpiar Fuerteventura“ (https://www.instagram.com/limpiaventura).
- We transition all official correspondence to digital delivery.
- Training and informational events for employees and service providers on sustainability, resources, climate, and environmental protection are conducted regularly.
*Outbound and return flights may be reimbursed proportionally upon presentation of evidence.
Fuerteventura
Hike in the BIOSPHERE RESERVE
The grandiosity of its volcanic landscape and the purity of its beaches have not gone unnoticed by UNESCO, which declared the island a biosphere reserve in 2009.
CULINARY enjoyment
In between a visit to the beach and a tour of the island, a trip to the local cheese dairies and restaurants should not be missed. La Oliva is the hot spot of gastronomy for deliciously prepared local products. Whether it’s goat’s cheese or meat, regionally grown vegetables and deliciously baked goods – all natural and often organic.
Surfing in the WINDSURF PARADISE
The long and sunny days and the strong winds and waves up to 2 meters high have contributed to the long tradition of windsurfing and kitesurfing on Fuerteventura.

La Oliva
Tindaya
Holy magic mountain. The mountain “Montaña de Tindaya”. For the natives a sacred place with magical powers. This is evidenced by the more than 300 foot-shaped rock carvings found here, which are of great archaeological value. Exciting hikes go from the village of Tindaya through mysterious landscapes to the summit. The mountain is set amidst a landscape that exudes tranquility and mystery.
El Cotillo
El Cotillo, the original coastal town, is far away from the hustle and bustle. In the alleys of the old harbor district of El Cotillo, fishermen meet individual tourists and wealthy majoreros. The most beautiful beaches are here. Simple and sophisticated gastronomy go hand in hand. Handicrafts and tapas bars characterize the old town. In August, the village comes to life when the big “Fiesta Virgen del Buen Viaje” rises.
Corralejo
Starting point to the “Parque Natural de Corralejo”. Ferry port to Lanzarote and the island of Los Lobos. Starting point for many excursions and party hotspot. Boundlessly colorful gastronomy and shopping pleasure characterize the northernmost city on the island. Here you can find everything a tourist’s heart desires. The rounding off for a successful, restful, adventurous, and very relaxing holiday.

La Oliva
District capital La Oliva with its approx. 1,200 inhabitants is surrounded by large, beautiful olive trees, hence its name. There are restaurants and shops, a hairdresser, a pharmacy and even a swimming pool in La Oliva as well as various offices. The “Casa de los Coroneles” is located just outside of La Oliva on the eastern outskirts. The fortress-like building impresses with its large number of windows and wooden balconies. The Cabrera Béthencourt family commissioned the building, which was also the seat of the island’s supreme commander until the 19th century.

Lajares
The two well-preserved windmills called “Molino” and “Molina” can be seen from afar. Place of the arts and crafts school, the “Escuela de Artesanía Canaria”. In 1950 the school was opened, where many women sold their embroidery, wicker baskets, or straw hats. Weekly handicraft market. An increasingly popular hotspot for surfers who come here to find accommodation, have fun in the bars or stock up on new material.
