Terms of Service

1.) Terms of payment and cancellation for the rental objects:

2.) Terms of payment:
50% of the calculated rental price including extra rental costs no later than 7 days after written confirmation for the reservation from the landlord. 25% of the calculated rental price including extra rental costs 8 weeks before the start of the rental. 25% of the calculated rental price, including extra rental costs and the security deposit, 14 days before the start of the rental. The first day of rental corresponds to the planned arrival day.

3.) Cancellation policy:
If the tenant cancels the rental property, the following cancellation fees or processing fees apply:

  • Cancellations more than 6 months before the start of the holiday – 100 € flat rate.
  • 6 months to 3 months before the start of the holiday 30% of the booking value.
  • 3 months to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday 80% of the booking value.
  • In the last two weeks before the start of the holiday or in the event of early departure, 95% of the booking value.

For current bookings, exceptions apply to cancellations caused by CoV-19.

4.) Security deposit:
With the third installment, the tenant pays the landlord a security deposit of €300. If the deposit is not used, it will be paid back to the tenant within 10 days after the end of the tenancy. The booking value is the rental price per day multiplied by the rental days. The net rental price is the calculated rental price without the additional rental costs (cleaning, fees). The cancellation must be made by a unilateral written declaration from the tenant to the landlord and must be delivered to the landlord no later than the above-mentioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s). We recommend taking out travel insurance. The landlord points out that insurance, which is part of a credit card contract, can only be claimed if the travel service was also paid for with the credit card belonging to the credit card contract.

5.) Notes:
Furthermore, the landlord points out that our advice on additional travel services (e.g. flights, rental cars, entry regulations, etc.) is a free additional service. Therefore, no liability can be assumed for the information passed on to you by the landlord. When booking travel services, please check the respective conditions of the provider (e.g. airline, car rental). Cancellation costs can be offset against advance payments made and/or security deposit payments already made. The renter is solely responsible for providing all necessary requirements for lawful entry into the country traveling to.

With the payment of the first (or part of) rental payment, the tenant accepts the above payment and cancellation conditions.
